Tom has a wealth of experience from more than thirty five years of leadership in corporate America, churches, missions, the military, sports, and Christian non-profits. His background has given him a unique perspective on the subject of Christian leadership and thriving as a leader. He and his wife, Beth, live in Nashville TN, have two sons, two daughters, a lovely daughter in law, and one amazing grandson.
Tom serves leaders all over the world as a professional coach and leadership trainer. Tom’s passion is helping others come into the fullness of all God has for them. Tom has led many practical and life-giving leadership trainings across the US and the United Kingdom.
